 Having worked together for over 10 of our 38 years of marriage, we definitely make a good team.
Roy is originally from North Dakota and Janet is from Minnesota. Having left the midwest for California, then on to Oregon, and then back to North Dakota to care for an ailing family member, a few vacations to Arizona convinced us that this is where we should be. Our own cross country moves have helped us in assisting others with theirs. We became very familiar with problems that can arise and the little details that can easily be overlooked.
Prior to entering the real estate business, we both had successful careers in accounting, finance and small business ownership. We are able to use those skills to the benefit of our clients.
As the saying goes, "two heads are better than one". Since we are both involved in each and every transaction, one of us is always available to meet the needs of our clients.
We are both members of NAR (National Association of REALTORS®) and SEVRAR (South East Valley Association of REALTORS®). In addition, we serve on the Ambassadors Committee for the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce and are proud to be Associated with the CENTURY 21 system.
Janet has earned the ABR designation (Accredited Buyer Representative) and is a member of REBAC (Real Estate Buyers Agent Council).
Our top priorities are communication and ethical business practices. Without either, the REALTOR®/Client realtionship will not be successful.
We've built our business mainly from repeat clients and referrals. People would not come back or refer a relative or friend unless they were very happy with the service they had received.
